BizMiner Rent to Sales Ratio Guide License Agreement and Terms of Service

The Brandow Company Inc. [BizMiner] offers BizMiner the Local Rent-to-Sales Ratio Guide to businesses and individuals. The Local Rent-to-Sales Ratio Guide license includes blanket right to access the Local Rent-to-Sales Guide.

Each Local Rent-to-Sales Ratio Guide is priced on one of two bases selected at the time of purchase: a) individual annual pricing, where content is to be used by the purchasing individual only with no further distribution of reports or report content; or b) site license pricing, which covers employees of a company in a single physical office location only, with no further distribution of reports or report content.

Allowed use of reports and report content for personal or business purposes is for the subscribing individual(s) only.

NO third party distribution of reports or report content to individuals inside or outside of the subscribers organization is permitted. Clerical/administrative personnel may access content for a professional of the licensing organization without being counted as user unless they are also engaged in analysis or use. Any such distribution constitutes a breach of this License.

Content can NOT be integrated into any electronic engine for either front-end or back-end use with third party clients; such use requires a separate electronic licensing agreement with BizMiner. Integration into any electronic engine for either front-end or back-end use with third party clients constitutes a breach of this License.

Content can NOT be harvested for integration into either licensee or third party end user databases. Other prohibited uses: Distribution beyond Authorized Content Users and bona fide end-user clients; distribution of BizMiner report content at educational, marketing or other quasi-public or by-invitation public events; any electronic or other posting on a web site or in any other electronic format aside from individual transmission to other Authorized Content Users. Data re-sale or re-engineering, web or electronic-based commerce or distribution to anyone outside your organization constitutes a breach of this License.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account username and password. You are responsible for activity and charges incurred by any persons using your username and password to log into your account. If you feel that your username and password has been compromised, it is your responsibility to change the username and password on your account immediately and contact BizMiner regarding any perceived unauthorized use.

Termination and Cancellation: Unlimited Access Subscriptions cannot be cancelled or revised once purchased, except at BizMiner's sole discretion. If you purchase an Unlimited Access Subscription AND DO NOT ACCESS ANY REPORTS, we will refund a portion of your fee IF within 24 hours you notify us in writing, through the contact form at http://www.bizminer.com/contactus.php that you wish to cancel. In that event, YOU AGREE that we will refund you Unlimited Access Subscription fee LESS 5% OR $30 of the total fee, whichever is greater.

Other: Misrepresentation of use in your organization constitutes a breach of the these Terms and may result in cancellation by BizMiner without refund or credit as well as recovery of damages. Engaging in prohibited use of content constitutes a breach of the License and may result in cancellation and recovery of damages by BizMiner caused by such prohibited use, which includes but is not limited to electronic re-publication or distribution of content.

YOU AGREE that there are no other refunds on the License. The License fee is non-refundable whether or not reports are accessed except as noted above.
